Johnsonite’s SlideLock™ - a Great Choice for Access Flooring Systems
Johnsonite SlideLock Glueless Flooring System offers flexibility, speed, sustainability and return on investment. It installs easily and without adhesive for speedy installation and quick turnaround time. Tiles with the SlideLock profile are easily removed, and reinstalled as needed and easy to replace if necessary. They can be a temporary or permanent solution for applications over access flooring or where the subfloor is not suitable for adhering tile. Finished with the flooring? They can be repurposed to other locations or returned to Johnsonite under the ReStart® Reclamation Program to be repurposed into other products.
The SlideLock System also increases design flexibility. Tiles can be lined up corner-to-corner or staggered anywhere along the 24” edge. The patent-pending design can be aligned in traditional fashion or offset to form unique patterns. Create checkerboards, zig-zags or other motifs, putting a distinctive signature on the project. The new locking mechanism affords design freedom never before available in a multi-functional flooring solution.
And SlideLock is durable and slip-resistant and provides comfort and sound absorption. SlideLock tiles are constructed with a studded backing so there is less contact with the subfloor should contaminants and liquids be present. The tiles are lighter and easier to lift. They are more ergonomically friendly in the event they must be routinely lifted for inspection or access to the floor below.
The SlideLock profile is available as standard in 18 Speckled Inertia colorways. Solid Colors are available by special request.
